When days go by
But I head nowhere,
I know that I am doing some good
With this world showing a feeling of brotherhood.
I wake up in the morning with some bad news,
Only adding to my Monday blues.
I begin to wonder what our future holds,
Yet, I smile when I see the sun shining bright as my day unfolds.
Is this how it’s meant to be?
Stay stronger than ever,
Stay wiser however,
Take this moment to breathe long
And not only wish you had done this all along.
Know that we’ll get through this
With tears of gratitude and pure bliss.
